Pricing in effect as of February 2026.

Commercial

$1,500.00 or 12% of gross sales, whichever is greater.
Second show on the same day, $750.00 or 12% of gross sales, whichever is greater.
City Commercial Rate (for City of Brockville residents & businesses only): $1,150.00 vs. 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater.

Prices above include: The use of the facility for up to 8hrs on a performance day.

Lobby Only rental (8hrs), $400.00
Rental for Dance Competition, $9,000.00 (per day)

Box Office Fees

3.5% of gross ticket sales,
$0.15 per ticket printing fee,
$4.0% credit card fee recovery.
$125.00 event set-up (Includes introductory e-blast)
$75.00 additional e-blast fee /e-blast
Custom Seating Chart/Scaling, $40.00 per hour

Non-Profit Rates

$750.00 or 12% of gross sales whichever is greater

Non-profit, non-ticketed free community event, $425.00

Rehearsal

$800.00 for up to 8 hours
$400.00 for up to 4 hours
$100.00 hourly rate for time exceeding 8 hour allotment.

Front of House

$200.00 per performance.
General Seat Surcharge – There is a $5.00 (plus HST) per ticket seat surcharge added to the price of each ticket priced over $10.00.
There is a $2.00 (plus HST) per ticket seat surcharge added to the price of each ticket priced under $10.00.
Merchandise Table – $50.00 (per table, max of 3), or 15% of gross sales whichever is greater.
- BAC Staff are not available to assist with the sale of merchandise.

Box Office Hours

Ticket sales by phone and in person during regular business hours. See Contact Us page for detailed availability. Online tickets sales available 24/7.
Walk-up services available 45 minutes before live events and 30 minutes before films.
Closed on all Statutory Holidays.

Production & Additional Costs

Lead Technician, Sound Technician, & Light Technician:
Commercial: $50.00 (per hour, per technician)
Not For Profit: $40.00 (per hour, per technician)
- 4 Hour Minimum, up to 40hrs/week.
  Time & a half applies for hours exceeding 40hrs/week.
Loaders, deck hands, spot operators, fly tower operators:
Commercial & Not For Profit: $27.50 per hour.
- There is a 4 hour minimum call for Labour.
  We are a non-union house.
Piano: $200.00
- Turning available at additional cost.
Projector Rental, $100.00 (per day)
Haze Machine: $30.00 (per day, per unit), or weekly max of $200.00 (per unit).
Fog Machine: $30.00 (per day, per unit), or weekly max of $200.00 (per unit).
Event Load-In (8hr min day), $600.00

All tickets are a legal and binding contract between patron and Brockville Arts Centre, agent for the presenter.

All tickets will be printed and sold exclusively by the Brockville Arts Centre at the Lessee’s expense.
All tickets are RESERVED seating unless requested by the presenter.
Presenters are free to set their own ticket prices. Ticket prices must include HST. The presenter is responsible for submitting HST to Revenue Canada.
Tickets may be purchased at the Brockville Arts Centre Box Office by cash, Visa, MasterCard or Debit. Convenience fees apply for phone and on-line orders.
