Refunds & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Please review all online orders carefully before completing your purchase, as no exceptions will be made for errors.
Exchanges are permitted for events with multiple showtimes only. A per-ticket exchange fee of $2.00 + HST will be applied, payable at time of exchange.
Every person attending a performance at Brockville Arts Centre must have a ticket in order to be admitted, due to fire code regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel your ticket purchase at any time and for any reason. Tickets cancelled by the venue will receive a full refund.
Pricing & Discounts
Tiered ticket pricing, discounts for children or seniors, group rates, etc. are all established by the event’s presenter and are non-negotiable.
Flash sales or special discounts are at the discretion of the event’s presenter and cannot be applied retroactively to any tickets that have already been purchased.
Ticket Resellers
Our box office and bactickets.ca are the only authorized ticketing agent for events/performances at the Brockville Arts Centre.
Tickets obtained through other unauthorized sources may be stolen or counterfeit. The Brockville Arts Centre may not honour these tickets and will not offer refunds in the event that the performance is rescheduled or cancelled.
Babes-in-arms Policy
Babes-in-arms are children under 12 months of age at the time of performance, who do not require an additional seat.
Please use discretion if you are bringing a young child to an evening performance. Any child who is unable to sit quietly throughout a performance may, along with their accompanying parent/guardian, be asked to leave the auditorium.
There babes-in-arms tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis to select family performances . Complimentary tickets must be reserved in advance by phone, or in-person from the Box Office by a parent or guardian.

Late Seating
Latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance.
Any patrons that leave the theatre during a performance may be asked to wait until they can return to their seat.
Inclement Weather
If you are travelling to the theatre in poor weather, please give yourself extra time to make sure you arrive safely and on-time for the performance.
Tickets not used due to poor weather, traffic delays or transit issues cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Accessible Seating
The Brockville Arts Centre offers accessible seating by request to patrons and their companions. Accessible seating is limited and provided on a first come, first served basis.
Wheelchair/scooter seating can be booked by phone or in-person at the box office. Online booking of these seats is currently not available.
Persons with special needs should identify themselves at the time of ticket purchase to box office staff.
Please note: our balcony is accessible by stairs only. All accessible seating is located on the main floor.
Scented Products
The Brockville Arts Centre would like to remind our patrons that scented products such as colognes/perfumes can cause allergic reactions. Please be mindful of your fellow audience members when attending a performance.
If you are experiencing an allergic reaction at your current seat, please speak to an usher about the possibility of relocation.
Parking
There is free parking for all ticket holders and patrons behind the theatre on St. Paul Street on a first come, first served basis. Street parking and paid parking lots are also available in the area.
