Box Office

The Brockville Arts Centre provides comprehensive Box Office services including knowledgeable telephone operators, charge by phone and wicket services. The self-contained box office located in the lobby is open six days a week and gives promoters easy access to ticket sales information, buyer data, ticketing and information distribution. Production services are available to all renters of the facility. Our house technician offers professional service to presenters ensuring the success of your event.

Front of House

From ushers to bartenders, the theatre’s front-of-house staff is dedicated to providing professional and friendly service to our audiences.


The Brockville Arts Centre has been fortunate to work with many of Canada’s top performing artists. From rock music to the swinging tunes of big bands to the dance steps of a Broadway play, the Brockville Arts Centre is an excellent venue for all types of performances.


Catering and Accommodation

The Brockville Arts Centre can provide a list of local caterers and accommodations rated the best in this area.

Marketing Services

Presenters are given the opportunity to utilize our marketing services, such as web-site exposure, monthly e-mail newsletter, and inclusion in a bi-weekly column in the local newspaper.

Services included in the Rental charges are:

– up to 10 hours for fit-up, rehearsal, performance and strike
– stage, use of receiving area, dressing rooms, lobby
– standard security and janitorial services
– bar staff, ushers and coat check attendants
Available for an additional charge: Front of House staff, Box Office, Stage Labour, Merchandise Sales, Piano, Catering, additional security.

Rate Schedule

Non-profit and commercial rates are available.

The Brockville Arts Centre is open year-round and is the perfect venue for your event – large or small. The auditorium, lobby or boardroom are available for your group and can host such events as art receptions, meetings, parties or fundraisers.
