Rental Rates

The following information and rates on Box Office Services is provided for your information.


$940.00 vs 10% of sales, whichever is greater.
Second show on the same day, half price.

Non-Profit Rates

$630.00 vs 10% of sales whichever is greater
Second show on the same day, half price.

Box Office Fees

3.5% of sales, 10 cents per ticket, 3.5% credit card fee recovery.

Front of House

$60.00 per performance.

Merchandise Fee

$50.00 or 15% whichever is greater.  We supply tables and sellers.

Prices include: The use of the facility for up to 10hrs on a performance day, and the use of our house technician.
A fully staffed building including ushers, ticket takers and canteen staff.

Seat Surcharge – There is a $3.50 (plus HST) per ticket seat surcharge added to the price of each ticket.

Extra Costs:

Loaders, deck hands, spot operators, fly tower operators: $25.00 per hour
Piano Tuning: $130.00
Sound Man: $35 per hour
Security: $25.00 per hour (Corp Commissionaires)
Pit Cover Removal – $300

There is a 3 hour minimum call for Labour
We are a non-union house.

Merchandise Fee – $50 vs 15% of sales whichever is greater (8ft skirted table supplied)
Lobby Rental – Half Day/Receptions – $200.00 – Full Day – $300.00
Board Room Rental – $170.00

  • All tickets are a legal and binding contract between patron and Brockville Arts Centre, agent for the presenter.
  • All tickets will be printed and sold exclusively by the Brockville Arts Centre at the Lessee’s expense.
  • All tickets are RESERVED seating unless requested by the presenter.
  • Presenters are free to set their own ticket prices. Ticket prices must include HST. The presenter is responsible for submitting HST to Revenue Canada.
  • Tickets may be purchased at the Brockville Arts Centre Box Office by cash, cheque,Visa, MasterCard or Interac. Charge by phone orders (613-342-7122).
  • Tickets may be exchanged within a performance – subject to seating and availability and request of presenter. There are NO refunds on tickets. A refund policy is posted at our box office.
  • Babes-in-arms require a ticket.

Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.,
Saturday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.,
Sunday and Holidays Closed.

The Box Office is open one hour before showtime.
