Commercial
- $1,100.00 or 10% of sales, whichever is greater.
- Second show on the same day, $550.00 or 10% of sales, whichever is greater.
Prices include: The use of the facility for up to 8hrs on a performance day.
Box Office Fees
- 3.5% of gross ticket sales,
- $0.15 per ticket printing fee,
- 3.5% credit card fee recovery.
- $125.00 event set-up (Includes introductory e-blast)
- $75.00 additional e-blast fee /e-blast
- Custom Seating Chart/Scaling $40.00 per hour
Non-Profit Rates
- $650.00 or 10% of sales whichever is greater
- Second show on the same day, $325.00 or 10% of sales, whichever is greater.
Prices include: The use of the facility for up to 8hrs on a performance day.
Rehearsal
- $800.00 for up to 8 hours
- $400.00 for up to 4 hours
- $100.00 hourly rate for time used over 8 hours
Front of House
- $120.00 per performance.
- Seat Surcharge – There is a $4.00 (plus HST) per ticket seat surcharge added to the price of each ticket priced over $10.00.
- There is a $1.00 (plus HST) per ticket seat surcharge added to the price of each ticket priced under $10.00.
Box Office Hours
- Tuesday – Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Closed Sunday & Monday
The Box Office is open 45 minutes before showtime.
Extra Costs
- Lead Technician: $50.00 per hour
- Sound Technician: $50.00 per hour
- Light Technician: $50.00 per hour
- Loaders, deck hands, spot operators, fly tower operators: $27.50 per hour
- There is a 3 hour minimum call for Labour
We are a non-union house. - Piano: $200.00 (with optional tuning)
- Haze Machine: $30.00
- Fog Machine: $30.00
- Merchandise Fee – $50 or 15% of sales whichever is greater (8ft skirted table supplied)
- Lobby Rental – $400.00
All tickets are a legal and binding contract between patron and Brockville Arts Centre, agent for the presenter.
- All tickets will be printed and sold exclusively by the Brockville Arts Centre at the Lessee’s expense.
- All tickets are RESERVED seating unless requested by the presenter.
- Presenters are free to set their own ticket prices. Ticket prices must include HST. The presenter is responsible for submitting HST to Revenue Canada.
- Tickets may be purchased at the Brockville Arts Centre Box Office by cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Interac. Charge by phone orders (613-342-7122).
- Tickets may be exchanged within a performance – subject to seating and availability and request of presenter. There are NO refunds on tickets. A refund policy is posted at our box office.
- Babes-in-arms require a ticket.
