We've Got Our Launch Date!
SHOWPASS will be going live starting October 1st, 2025.
All tickets for events on or after that date will be issued in our new ticketing system. Patrons who have pre-purchased tickets should begin to receive their tickets by email in the weeks before.
Get Ready!
As we migrate over to the new system, there will be a short period of downtime starting September 18 – 22.
Ticket sales will be paused for all events scheduled from October 1st and onward during this time. Patrons will be unable to access the website or make online ticket purchases.
Phone and in-person ticket sales will be available for movies and events scheduled in September only during this time.
On Monday, September 22nd, the Box Office will be closed and staff will not be available.
Get Set!
We encourage our patrons to set up their Showpass account in advance for the smoothest ticket migration experience!
Follow these instructions to set up your Showpass account in advance.
Make sure that the email address you use on your Showpass account matches the one on file at the Brockville Arts Centre.
If your email has changed, please notify our box office staff before September 15th to ensure your email is corrected prior to migration.
Let's Go!
Once migration has begun, patrons will begin to receive digital tickets via email for any upcoming events they have pre-booked.
If you would prefer not to use a digital ticket, or cannot access your account to print them on your home printer, you may visit the box office to request physical tickets.
If you didn’t set up your Showpass account before migration, you can set up a password to activate your online account after September 22nd. Follow these instructions on how to set a password for your account.
Don't Have An Email?
While we do recommend setting up a Showpass account for the best experience, if you don’t have an email then that’s no problem either!
Physical copies of your tickets can be printed for you after September 23rd.
Please visit the box office at your convenience to request your tickets from one of our box office associates. Any tickets not picked up before showtime will be available at the box office the night of.
Make sure you bring a piece of ID with you!
